Tell us which postcodes or areas you can serve, your travel radius and any exclusions. Include the machine types you offer, your preferred venues and current capacity. Reliable replenishment and servicing matter as much as the initial installation, so the proposed location must fit the service you can provide.
How operator introductions work
First, complete the operator form with your business details and requirements. We review a potential match and may share a limited summary intended not to identify the site. If you want to explore it, any VendLocus fee and its payment trigger are agreed separately in writing for that opportunity. Identifying venue and contact details are shared only after the location’s authorised representative confirms the introduction.
Free registration, with opportunity-specific terms
Register your business free of charge. There is no subscription or upfront registration fee. Any introduction fee is a separate commercial arrangement agreed in writing before the specific introduction. You and the location assess suitability and agree equipment, installation, stocking, servicing and commercial terms directly.
Are vending machine locations available now?
This is a registration service for potential opportunities, not a public list of confirmed available sites. Enquiries, venue interest and operator availability can change. We check each potential introduction individually. Registration does not guarantee a location, exclusive access, installation, revenue or any number of opportunities.

If you provide photographs, please specify whether we may share them privately with prospective venues or also use them publicly; permission for one use does not imply permission for the other.
